Today we’re joined by non-other than Robert Hirsch… My former business partner and best friend for the past 8 years.
I’d originally met Robert through a mutual friend when I was looking to hire a scaling coach for my first company years ago.
So I flew out to Denver to meet him for the first time at his home office, and when he opened the door, we were wearing the exact same shoes, same jeans, and the same designers shirt in a different color, which basically set the tone for the rest of our relationship.
Robert is one of the smartest people you will ever meet, and today we’ve decided to dive into the challenges entrepreneurs face when they’re making the transition from a one-person shop, to hiring their first level of management.
And we also dive into one of the most valuable lessons we’ve learned while working together, which is how to turn your company into a giant magnet for talent and opportunity, so that people are literally knocking on your door to work for you.
So please welcome Robert Hirsch.
